ASHTON HELL!!!!!! if you care about your loved one do not repeat do not take them to Ashton hell this place is a total nightmare no way for your love ones to call front desk for an emergency my mother had an issue at 12:45 A.m. called the front desk for over an hour someone picking up and hanging up she eventually gave up and called me I had a 35 minute drive to get there she needed her medicine that was never delivered at 8 PM when I arrive to her room and gave her her medicine she was fine as I was leaving the facility two nurses asked me if I needed any help. I had my phone in my hand with the number to the front desk I asked the lady if the phones are working here and she said no they were not so I immediately dial the phone number to the front desk we were standing 5 feet away from it and it started Ringing I looked at her and I said apparently they do work in my mother‘s been trying to call for over an hour she was in distress and needed help thank you so much for answering the phone to help her I was so mad I could chew nails but I bit my lip and walked out the door the staff at this place has only concerned about their paycheck and not about humanity so I am Ploor you please do not let your level and stay here if you do care about them PS stay away from Heidi she is the director of nursing and is absolutely 100% worthless
worse place ever. they have two caregivers taking 30 residents and doing more. and the manager samantha lee is the worse and rude. don’t bring your family member here.
I was highly DISAPPOINTED in the lack of “care” of this facility.
