sent me a top mount tool box with only a single cardboard box no packing no anything so it was damaged been waiting 6 weeks for refund or replacement only get useless emails from Mallory asking if I wasn't a new box or refund when I answer i get email saying box will be shipped when it don't arrive in 5 days i email again only to be told replacement will be shipped worst company I've ever dealt with they actually ask me at first to ship damaged one back first then I'd be out of box and money glad I didn't fall for that DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT THEY GOTTEN TO BIG TO CARE TO REMEMBER HOW THEY GOT THETE THE CUSTOMER
Can't get them to send hardware kit that was left out of the box. I call and they tell me I have to order it online. No manager available to talk to. Two weeks and still waiting. I ask for a return label to send the product back and was told they can't do it by phone that I have to go online and fill out a form.
I purchased a Stampede hood deflector online. It arrived on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, and couldn't wait to install it on my Jeep. When I pulled it from the box there wasn't any mounting hardware. I thought surely I just overlooked it and tore the box apart and then the plastic wrap from the deflector thinking it may have been wrapped up in the deflector. It wasn't. I tried to call and they were already closed. They were closed the next day, on Thanksgiving, which I would expect. They were also closed the day after, on Friday. I tried calling Saturday and they were closed on the weekend as well. I finally reached someone on Monday and was told they would ship it out and should have it in \fourish\ days. Where I work we ship parts and product overnight if we miss something in an effort to retain customers and attempt to make up for our shortcoming. I don't know why Lund doesn't do the same. I ultimately got the hardware one week and one day after I received my deflector. That's far from acceptable. I won't be doing business with them again. I can buy Jeep accessories anywhere.
I have called 5 times and now one will call me back. Poor service
They act if phones are messed up have called 10 times and they keep saying hello and hang up on u. I even heard Allison say I can't get this person on the line
