I don't usually give reviews, but I would be careful with this company. What was presented to us at the first consultation is not what we got. As from the other reviews with them quoting you a price and if you don't sign the deal/offer may not be there when you call them back is all true. We did also fall for it and signed the contract. For a job that they said would take 1 day took about two weeks. I understand that it may take a little longer, but was not expecting two weeks. We went with their 0% financing for 12 months, but when we received are first invoice we were being charged 9.99% interest. It has been a headache to deal with all the issues that we had encountered. Giving one star since they actually did complete the job.

If I could give this company a minus score I would. Please read my scathing review of LeafHomeSafetySolutions on the Better Business Bureau website. You will know why I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I just spent 30 minutes typing a scathing review on this site, but lo and behold the post button at the top of the page wouldn’t work and the review is lost. Just one more insult from LeafHomeSafetySolutions.
We were given an estimate and signed a contract for a Stair Lift, along with a 3 week lead time. That was MONTHS AGO. After calling the Sales person and customer service no less than 10 times.. we have not received ANY update. DO NOT USE THESE SHYSTERS
Company has an excellent product. Darren was a pleasure to speak with and willing to create an offer that was difficult to turn down. Unfortunately, we were unable to accept the deals at this time. I highly recommend their product.
I had a very knowledgeable and likeable woman come over to give me an estimate after going through her introducing the company and product. The product and company seem high quality. The only problem I had was if you get a quote they expect you to sign an agreement right then and there or you don't get the discount they promise. I fell for it, got a quote from another company and had to hurry and send cancellation to them, and they only gave me 4 days to do it...and it was a weekend. I sent it back certified mail. This is not fair to the elderly who need time to process everything. I believe if you do use them, you will get a good product but they sure need to change their practices. Or use them as a last quote.
They are scam artists. Salesguy shows up, quotes an outrageous price, then says the quote is good for only that day or the price goes up dramatically. We bought a chair lift a couple days later, and for *30%* of the outrageous price they quoted. (We bought from Stairbusters.) Based on our experience, Leaf Home Safety Solutons are trying to scam old people who are in crisis. Called the business, and they said it was a bad salesman. Still, when you are buying a chairlift, you are in a jam, you don't have time to comparison shop, and their behavior was predatory. I would encourage you not to business with them.
We are very pleased with our new shower. The two men that did the installation were very efficient and it was complete in one day. They covered the floors and cleaned up thoroughly when done. We would definitely recommend them.
They are money hungry! They will send their contractors with broken or incomplete setups. They promise 1-2 day jobs but they turn into 5-7 if they run into issues and expect you to cater to their schedule rather than work around the buyers schedule and get pushy/rather rude if you cannot be available when they feel you should be! They both do not care about the customer or contractors, it is all about raking in the money as fast as possible no matter what! Chase and Jason both gave this company 5 stars but that is because they run the 2 closest offices lol
