Buying from Reid's Triple T was an amazing experience. The entire staff is a joy to be around. Our salesman, Stephen, was professional and never pressured us to buy a tractor or their attachments. He listened to what our needs are, educated us to the different types of tractors that will and won't work for us, and the attachments we need to get the work done. I researched all kinds of possibilities and brands but went with their tractor and the implements they sell. They have the same quality implements on site as their very powerful Mahindra tractors. I highly recommend this family oriented business.

Short version: These guys lied straight to my face then dragged their feet intentionally to squeeze every cent out of me. They'd do it to you if given the chance. Long Version: Rented a trailer, liked it, decided to buy. I asked the Rental manager (I won't dox anyone) whether I should bring the trailer back or keep the trailer (past the rental period) as we went through the purchasing process. He told me to keep the trailer since I would be buying it anyway. I took him on his word. I'd find out soon enough that was my mistake. One I think they used intentionally against me... I went back to the lot to place an application and while I was there I got looking at their enclosed trailers and decided I needed one of those as well. They really do sell nice trailers. I told the salesman I wanted to purchase the 2 trailers in a company name. Over the next 10-12 days came the biggest run around ever. Again, I feel, this was intentional. Heres why. First, I heard nothing back from the salesman for two or three days. That's not normal, even with my sorry personal credit, so I called him back to see what's up. This turned into reoccurring theme. Over and over I'd wait a day or two, hear nothing and then have to call the salesman multiple times to get an update on a simple credit app. First, he didn't understand how to submit for a loan for a business. It's hard for me to believe I had to actually call back to explain how that works. He was playing dumb. Next, I needed a co-signer and so on and so on. Meanwhile, I'd told them FROM THE START that I wanted to further establish business credit but I would be happy to just BUY THE TRAILERS CASH if financing was so complicated... Anyway, we finally got it done and I bought both of the trailers. (See the pics posted with this review) THEN they tried to hit me with an 800 rental bill!!! AFTER I just bought two trailers from them. Nope.

Travis Reid is very knowledgeable when it comes to trailers. Got me fixed up well and affordable to fit my needs. Overall a great experience!
My tractor needs a cultch told the service man he said bring in I did then he told me it was going to be 3600 dls afetermarket clutch or 7200 new one that is very very expensive so I pic up the tractor n he charge me 217 dls for telling me I need it a clutch Beware !!
