Don't call this MORONS: Called four weeks in advance to have the pool opened in time for my son's BDay Pool Party: NOT SHOW and NO response to multiple calls and texts (many calls / many texts): NOW the next available appointment with a different company is 2-4 weeks: Thanks for ruin my son's BDay! ***holes!

Absolutely the worst customer serevice I have ever had. The first call to repair the pool they were there promptly. Then found out it was non repairable and needed a new liner. He took my credit card information and said he would get it ordered and get back with me. That was two weeks ago now he will not return my calls or answer the calls. I talked to his service guy and he told me to keep calling that DJ was after the big money. So if you buy a pool not sure what kind of service you will get when it comes to the smaller dollar amount jobs.
