I am able to obtain benefits so that is a plus. I know they are busy but you can never get in touch with anyone when you call. I guess I will be going into the office once again.

The only problem with this office is their phone system. Otherwise if you have some patience and realize that your not the only person in Lebanon Country needing their help and give them the same respect your expect, it's a good group of people there to help
