Julie at the Lee Outlets In Ma worked with us at rectifying a bad experience and worked hard at making it right. Our original ring that was not purchased at the store was sent out to be resized and was than accidentally thrown away. Julie worked hard at helping us choose another ring that was covered by their customer care team. What started as a bad experience and a bad review ended in a very good experience. Thank you Lee store and Julie for making things right.

I walked in nervous, oblivious and without the slightest idea about Jewelry at all. I was in search of an engagement ring for the love of my life and honestly thought I would mess up some how. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles. I explained my situation to Michelle Zaccari (the store manager) and she got me right to where i needed to be. She showed me many different rings and told me all about them (which of course i didn't understand most of it) and then asked me what my now fiancee liked. I told her and she showed me the perfect ring. After going there again with my sister to help me, my sister saw the ring Michelle had suggested and my sister agreed 110%. That ring now belongs to my VERY happy Fiancee. Without Michelle it wouldn't of been possible. Friendly atmosphere and amazing help. 5 stars does NOT give this place justice. 1,000,000 out of 5 stars for sure!!!!

My dear friend works so hard as a home health aid and CNA. Her boyfriend worked his heart out to make her engagement perfect, and Kay Jewelers lost her ring. They lied and obviouscated. They stalled and promised to make it up to her. Dont trust these people.
