Our group of 8 rented a pontoon for the day and had a wonderful time. The marina has everything you need and offers great service. The lake is lovely this time of year!

Would not recommend for pontoon rentals. We rented a pontoon for the day. The gas gauge was iffy. But most importantly, the ladder fell off on our first stop. Someone went to get off the pontoon into the water and it fell off. She was able to catch it with her foot, but it was near impossible to get back into the boat. We returned the boat very early that day since it would be difficult to enjoy it and get in/out of the boat. Upon return, we notified the staff of the issue. They were very nice in telling us they would only charge us for the hours used. Very fair arrangement. They said the manager would be calling us to discuss the details further. After a week, the person who made the reservation called to inquire about it and had to leave a message. Called a week later. Had to leave a message. Finally, this past Wednesday she was able to speak with the manager. She told us she would find our packet and call us back after she made a pizza for someone. It is now Friday and no refund or call back. Called again, had to leave a message. Not sure how else to get this resolved. Please email me for the name of the person who made our reservation. [email protected] Thanks! UPDATE 9-16-2020 After 6 or so phone calls, the issue has been resolved and a refund was given for the hours we were unable to use on the boat. The manager was very apologetic.
It is a wonderful marina in lake Cumberland with a clear water. Great for fishing, boating, and many other activities. They rent all types of boats to have fun. The lake has over 100 miles of shore
Stayed the weekend on a rental houseboat the lake was beautiful colors beginning to show in the trees.
The best place we've been in 2020 during this pandemic. We recieved the most grateful and helpful customer support and we had mad fun. My family is ready to come back. I encourage everyone to come out and visit Lee's Ford marina. Thank you for taking great care of us.
