Woke up and our house was 45 degrees. I made an appointment for 8-10pm (when I called at 8am) with Summit Heating and Cooling who've I have never had a good experience with in the first place (they never know what the issue is, and they quote me things that \might\ fix the issue.. I just couldn't wait that long, I called LS Heating and Cooling. Matthew Black answered, was kind and professional and came within an hour. You could tell he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Whereas in the past, I could tell some people touching my furnace did not. He kind of saved the day for our family by getting us warm again and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using him in the future.

About 3 months ago I had to get two new heating and cooling units installed in my building downtown Blue Springs. I already use their service for my home so I called them up to get an estimate on units and install. They gave me several options on units and how they can work around me with the installs. I can't say how much I appreciate everything they done for me. If you don't want to waste your time with aggressive salesmen, please give Lee's Summit/Blue Springs Heating & Cooling a call. They answered all of my questions and were patient with me. When the date was set for the installs, they showed up on time and finished when they said they would. They even cleaned up and vacuumed after finishing up. No mess left behind! One last thing their prices were better than what I expected. You can't really put a price on how they treat their customers, and how professional they are. Thank you Lee's Summit/Blue Springs Heating & Cooling. You have a customer for life!

Dismayed to wake up with the furnace cycling on and off every 10 seconds. Called Lees Summit Heating and Cooling around noon. Received a service call from Travis around 2pm. Travis arrived promptly and was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. Suggested the annual maintenance plan, cleaned up the furnace, and swapped out a dying piece of equipment. Thank you for providing excellent service! GO CHIEFS!

Very honest and reputable company. Furnace went out on Christmas. When I called, Matthew answered and listened to my situation. There is no high pressure sales tactics with these guys. He certainly could've taken advantage of us because we were cold and desperate. He didn't. He offered me all the options that were available, and was open and honest with me. Matthew is a great asset to the company and because of that, they've earned a customer for life. My recommendation for future potential customers is: Call Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling first!

Had an issue with 2 defective thermostats and a flame sensor. Eric and Travis came out and were in and out quickly and were very efficient. This is the third time I’ve used this company and these guys have found a customer for life. HIGHLY recommend if you want a quality, prompt, and very straightforward/honest HVAC technicians. These guys are simply the best! Added bonus - their yearly maintenance plan!
