Dr. Jennifer Brown is such an asset to this place! She is the only reason I keep going back, and I could not imagine going to any other psychiatrist. She would bend over backwards to help her patients. 10/10 recommend seeing Dr. Brown at White Oak Psychiatric Services!

I’ve been a patient since White Oak was in Blue Springs. Dr. Mirza was kind & Dr. G was terrific (and sorely missed). The front office is poorly mismanaged without care or compassion for the patients. I really worry about any children coming to this practice. Please read the comments carefully before bringing your kids through the door. Remember, even if your doctor is terrific, they will not get your messages.

My son was going through a rough patch in his life which I was uncertain about. I seeked out Dr. Jennifer Brown at White Oak, from a referral, to offer me and my son some professional insight. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, and made both me and my son feel very welcome. Dr. Brown was a pro with my son. She was attentive and displayed an interest in my son right away. I've been to other psychiatric offices before. However, none compare to the experience we received at White Oak. I Highly reccomend them to all my friends and family.

My daughter was recommended here by her therapist. After reading the reviews I had mixed emotions. The brunette at the front desk was very helpful and so was Ms. Brown. She took her time with my daughter and thoroughly explained everything. Highly recommend. Plus, right on time. Didn't spend anytime waiting.

I had been going to white oak for about 10 years. I really loved white oak when Dr. French was around and I really liked Dr Nabil. However, the office staff is not professional at all. I felt Dr. Mirza didn’t actually care about my mental health. So I switched to a different Dr office and have had a way better experience. I don’t want to ruin there reputation but I would highly recommend reading all the reviews before you choose. They are not a professional practice. I don’t believe they actually care about your mental health. It’s a shame because i was using this office for 10 years.
