Counselor was very unprofessional! First she was 20 mins late, instead of rescheduling the appointment due to her having bathroom issues, she kept the appointment, she stopped mid session for a 15 min bathroom break, I was shocked that she charged us for that appointment, when I implied about the charge she stated that she did a 53 min appt which was BS, when I told her that we would no longer utilize her services, she stated ok! I will note that you were displeased over 5 mins, seriously 5 mins, had I shown up 20 mins late I would have been charged an outrageous fee and rescheduled.
