On the occasions that I have visited Patients First I have never encountered a single issue that would discourage me from coming back! Every member of the team is courteous and professional. The Leesburg Patients First runs like a well oiled machine and is a one stop shop for medical needs since they have the ability to dispense your medicine too. I also feel that it's a great model of how the future should be when visiting for regular medical care.

Everyone was super-nice and fast. They managed to squeeze me in even though I had mistakenly made my appointment for another day. Nasal swab was the front of the nose, not the NP swab that feels like it's sampling from your brain. Received my negative result by text in \u003c18 hours. It can come faster if one registers for the LabCorp account. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about the Leesburg location! Everyone is so caring and hardworking. The staff really listens and covers all angles of diagnosing /treatment. I could feel their true care and dedication to my health even through the follow up phone calls after my visits. Through this pandemic they have really been so amazing... beyond words! They deserve a lot more than 5 stars!!! Thank you to all the staff at Patient First in Leesburg, Va!

When you are sick, Feeling ill or Are convinced something is not articulating correctly with the rest of your body - this is the place to go. They are wonderful from registration all the way to disposition. They treat you with respect and have a professional ethic throughout the entire process. the medical assistant, the nurses as well as the primary care physicians did an outstanding job of asking questions charting & assessing the episode if care and provided quality care. They are a wonderful organization and I hope that Washington and their politics do not destroy the business model that patient first has established.

helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. wait was kinda long (about an hour), but i was a walk in and it's covid so i get it. i liked that i could wait in my car
