Excellent service. I got there right at 10am Saturday and they are a busy store, but got me in immediately. They put in custom insoles for my flat feet. My ski boots feel like I'm wearing Sperry's. They also installed a heating system into my boots. They were very very knowledgeable and good people. They also fit my girlfriend for beginner boots and made sure everything fit perfectly. Everything is very reasonably priced. I had been at snowshoe the previous weekend and all snowshoe's gear is about double in price compared to this store. 10/10 Will definitely do business again.

This place is awesome. They have a cool indoor ski training center. Great selection of skis, boards and winter clothing. A must visit. Buy local.

Most stores were sold out of boots so I went to ProFit Ski yesterday. What was remarkable about the staff is that they never rushed you and provided so many tips. Brent helped me buy boots and let me know that they could be heat molded to fit better. Boots typically aren't the most comfortable to wear but once they were done, it felt like a completely different boot. I highly recommend going here if you need anything for the customer service alone. Prices were great as well but the service was top notch.

Extremely friendly and patient staff not just towards me, but with all the other customers in the shop. I have had issues with my snowboard boots causing my feet pain and numbness to the point where I couldn't feel my toes, which made snowboarding unbearable. I had my boots heat-molded at the original shop I bought them from, but still my toes would go numb. I told myself I'd try a different shop before I buy new boots, so I went to Pro-Fit Ski. I was helped by Brain, who is a real down to earth guy and knows his stuff about boot fitting. He used foam pads to expand my boots and after it was all done I could instantly feel a difference, no more foot pain/numbness!!!. I couldn't believe the difference he made!! I believe I will finally be able to enjoy the sport I love again! If you have any foot pain while snowboarding or skiing look no further this man can help you!!! Huge thanks to Brain, again super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. 100% recommend!
