I was involved with the care of a family member that lived here. when they needed to transition from more independent living to the memory care part of the facility, the transition went smoothly. All of the aids and staff were kind and helpful.

I recently visited my grandma here. I was very impressed with the location and the staff. My grandma is a very tiny stubborn old lady and they handle her so well. She has dementia they have many systems in place to take care of her and keep her safe. It is a very pretty place. They take her on bus rides to place all the time. There is also bingo she will play. I know they offer a lot more activities that she doesn’t attend. She had a very hard time when moving here but has now made friends which has made it easier for her. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere for a loved one to go and live.

Okay place to work at. Love the residents and people i worked with. Subpar management, awful communication between team members and from residents to CNAs. Pay was lower than other facilities(even through the company is a multi billion dollar company and they make millions monthly.) Has had state call in multiple times and watched by them.

Review is for the hiring process/staff. I didn’t realize ‘ghosting’ new hires was professional. I applied, received a call to come in and interview. Upon arrival the front desk had me re-enter all the information I had put in my first e-application. Was interviewed and it seemed like my application hadn’t been reviewed, after answering the questions that were written on the application once again everything else went great, I let them know what hours I was able to work and if they could use help for those hours, they said it was more than doable and would be thrilled to have me on their team. I let them know I would give them a response in two days time. Texted the hiring staff that I accepted, they let me know that I would be sent paperwork to fill out. Waited a couple days for the paperwork, asked the coordinator where they were, told me to call Kim, called and left a message. Nothing and texted Shelby again a week later to inquire if I would be receiving anything, to which I again received no reply. I understand if I would no longer be needed or if decisions were made against my hire, but professionally it should be communicated to the person waiting for a response and putting off other offers in the meantime.

We recently had my Mother at the Legacy House. Every CNA that assisted her there, was more then kind they were wonderful. Staff always checking in on her and my family seeing if anybody needed anything. Every single one of us were impressed with this facility. This facility had a feeling of being in a grand hotel. We were all impressed. I’ve never seen CNAs that showed so much Love, concern and compassion towards our Mother. I would Highly recommend this facility to others looking to put their loved ones.

I have worked at Legacy House in Spanish Fork for over a year now. We have a great team of CNA'S. We all get along with each other, we communicate with one another, we help each other out with covering shifts. Our residents love being here. They feel at home here. Our administration here is the BEST that I have worked with. They take care of any problems that they hear or see, immediately! They are always there to help wherever the help is needed. It is a beautiful, wonderful, and respectful place to be.

What a wonderful place! Clean, Organized, Smells Good, Grounds well kept, and above all, Very caring staff! With the Resident in mind virtually every day, there are fun activities, pampering in the salon, Entertainment at night. And the food is Amazing! Residents will feel right at home.

Worked at the Legacy House of Spanish Fork as a CNA while going to school for three years. It was a wonderful work environment and have wonderful staff members who are truly passionate and caring toward the residents. Not to mention, the food their was delicious. My favorite was the Zesty Tomato Crouton Salad they would make.
