This place is amazing. I asked for a new tubing for my CPAP machine and they sent me the tubing, 4 new masks and new filters. They are truly amazing with their clients. Plus when I first got it they explained everything and gave me stuff to clean my mask.

Upon receiving my cpap equipment, I felt I received wonderful and knowledgable orientation of how to use the equipment and I felt I was properly fitted for the equipment. I was told I would be connected to a sleep coach who would call and offer support. This coach could a. not help me get connected to wireless for months b. could not answer my questions about cpap use while traveling, and c. only ever seemed interested in my compliance. \Are you using the equipment?\ \Yes? Great.\ An automated service calls every month or so for a supply order, which should be handy, but is not because if I only need/order some of the supplies and not all of the supplies, the automated service doesn't understand and doesn't process my order. The doctor's office called Lehan's to ask them to make an adjustment with my air pressure, which they never did, so I have resigned to just be okay with the current air pressure, I guess. So the support and customer service has been poor, but I am told by Lehan's that their equipment prices are so high in comparison to market prices because they offer support and customer service. I'm going to keep trying to work through the issues. Hopefully coordinating my cpap needs will get easier.

Sad to say I had to follow up with four phone calls over a week to get my maternity band. Some of this was due to my insurance, but they never called to let me know it was approved when they knew I was waiting to hear back. They were helpful when I picked it up, though.
