I've owned for over thirty years. Well maintained building. Great location. Quiet, clean, friendly building.
Avoid this condo at all costs. Property has serious mold and roach problems. There is running water that drips through the units causing mold inside the ceilings. It's bad. I lived on the second floor and heard complaints from 7th and 9th. Everyone I talked to seemed to have the same problems. Couldn't take it anymore and relocated.
