I had my vinyl liner replaced this year from leisure pools. I went with them because they were the cheapest option at 3300. Repair estimated promised a lot which was partially true. Of course it said repair bottom as needed which was done very poorly. I have multiple areas that look horrible due to not finishing the bottom and sides. Where the pump was setup to drain water has a giant crater now. I have one area on the walls where it is folded & wrinkled. They said it would come out but never did. Talking with them is unproductive. It did take weeks longer then estimated just to get the liner in. I did have to buy pool water too which was another added expense. I contacted them after the disappointed poor work with no response as expected. I honestly hate even looking into the pool now. Spent several hundred dollars more this year running the filter 24/7 just to mask the hideous finish work. I can NOT recommend this company unless you want a slow poor quality job complete. If you don’t care about speed or quality, they might be your cheapest option.

My parents and me and used this company to replace our liner, Glen was very nice and called me the same day. They then came out the next day to give me an estimate. They started the liner replacement quickly and it got done in a timely manner. The liner came out absolutely beautiful! the crew was very respectful to both me and my parents while they were working. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a pool or liner replacement.
I have had multiple dealings with this company throughout the years (ie liner replacement/water issues and pool servicing). I have always had prompt service and always received a call back the same day or next day. The crew was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend Glenn and Jerry to take care of all of your pool needs.
Glen put a new vinyl liner in our 20 yr old pool. My husband researched before selecting Leisure Pools and was very satisfied with his choice. Glen gave us a very fair estimate and started and ended work exactly as he said. Everything was done in a professional manner and his staff was courteous and efficient. We have no complaints and are having Leisure Pools do another project. My husband is also in the service industry and knows well that it is impossible to please every customer every time. One bad review should not define a company and certainly did not affect us and the work we received.
Extremely satisfied with the service I received from Leisure Pools, especially Glenn. Always answered my calls and responded right away to text messages. His price was better than all of the other estimates and he installed it when he said he was going to. The before and after pictures speak for themselves!
