The staff are so friendly and helpful. They give you their undivided attention. I had rings resized and they did a fabulous job! They also sparkle a lot more now! I will defiantly make more trips to this store in the future.

I wanted something special for my daughter's 16 birthday. I had an idea of what I wanted, but nothing horribly specific. I went to Leitzel's and Katelyn was there and helped me every step of the way. She sent me designs and was patient until I decided on one. The necklace and ring were exquisite and done so soon!! However, I didn't need them until February, so they were flexible in allowing me to see the finished product, pick out a nice chain for the necklace & pick it up later. These pictures REALLY do not do it justice!! Thank you SO MUCH Katelyn!!!
