Good morning, My brother has lived in this apartment for about three years. We had an amazing experience at Lakeview Apartments. Frank is the most amazing maintenance guy ever. My brother is disabled and Frank explains things slowly and easily for my brother to understand. Frank is kind and gets the job quickly done. When I email or call him he comes right away. Frank makes Lakeview Apartment much better.

My girlfriend and I have lived at Lakeview Apartments for about a year now and we've had a great experience. It's a beautiful apartment with a beautiful neighborhood / courtyard. The set up makes you feel right at home and each first floor apartment gets their own little yard space as well. The Maintenance Manager, Frank is a great guy and he's very prompt and responsive. He's always right on top of things and he goes above and beyond to fix any issues that may arise. All in all Lakeview is a great place to live.
I would like to take the time to recognize Frank the super who has been extraordinary. I lived here for more than a year and Frank really exhibits what a superintendent should be. He responds in a timely manner, he knows his job and provide solutions and always on time. Thank you Frank
Quiet. Close to GWB & Parks. Polite neighbours. Perfect for drivers: You can get to 95/4/46 in a couple of minutes. And I must mention Frank: His commitment is unrivalled. Always there when you need him, day or night.
Very happy with how quick management is to assist when problems arise. Frank is the BEST super! He is easy to reach, very prompt, and always gets the job done, usually the same day... THANK YOU FRANK we really appreciate it!
