Don't apply for a job at this company if you have a midomeanor retail theft on your record. They are not a second chance company and don't believe in work ethic reflicting change in a person. I showed up every single day and gave my all to this company, they bled me for 3 months before they let me go. I am now on the verge of being homeless and I don't know what to do. This is supposed to be a company that is revered for how well they treat their people, but if you make a mistake long before you even begin your employment with them, then there are no second chances. Home Depot doesn't believe in second chances, they don't believe in someone being able to turn their life around and do better as a person, and they aren't willing to give a break to somebody who gave them their all even though the odds were against him. This company judges those people, because if they didn't I would still be employed there.
Slackers working here... unload the trucks faster.
Wouldn't respond to rescheduling emails, won't answer calls, then rejects me on the day I'm suppose to deliver and says I have to reschedule.
Unfortunately I cannot discuss the operation due to my association.
