Wow. What a fantastic group to work with. 1. Shane responded to my online inquiry within ten minutes. No joke. 2. He looked at the table that we had put in the inquiry for and let us know that it would after Christmas before we could get that one. However, he also let us know that there was one on a truck headed in that was very similar to the one that we wanted. That was on a Monday afternoon. We decided to buy the one that was already shipped. 3. On Tuesday, we got a personal text message from Shane telling us that the table had been delivered and that he'd had a cancellation for the following day and would we like to have the table installed that day? (The answer was obviously yes.) 4. On Wednesday, the install team showed up. They installed the team in a professional and timely fashion. Long story short - we ordered a pool table on Monday, had it installed on Wednesday and were playing pool Wednesday night. The customer service from everyone involved in the company was fantastic. We could not have asked for a smoother process or better people to work with. Thank you all so much! If/when we need to add to our game room, Maine Home Recreation will be our first stop!

Shane gave me great advice that kept me from buying the wrong table off the interweb. With his council, knowledge, and endless patience I found a Peter Vitalie 8ft table that I love. He and Allison took it apart, moved it, set it up, and put new cloth on it in mindblowing time. I honestly could not be happier with their knowledge and skill. The table is beautiful. As other reviews have written, it really feels like your happiness are Shane and Allison first concern. That fact is greatly appreciated.

Shane was incredibly helpful during my search for the right pool table. Quick to respond and took a lot of time to help, not knowing whether he was getting the sale or would be moving it for me. The delivery was one you don't see too often today..... Two people who were considerate of your property and home, polite, kind and genuine. Allison was phenomenal and educated, she took the time to confirm the location of the table and made recommendations on distance from walls as well the direction to break (to avoid window replacements down the road, haha)! These guys went above and beyond, I'll continue to utilize their expertise and services going forward.....100% worth calling these guys, I couldn't be happier!!!

We bought a used table, sight unseen, from Shane and Allison. One phone conversation and a few emails later, Allison and her assistant, traveled 3 1/2 hours to install our table. We've wanted a table for years but hesitated when we thought about getting a used table home and installing it ourselves. Shane and Allison took care of all of that. Allison worked with confidence, precision and great care. She answered all our questions. And, as they say, provided everything we'd need to start playing pool immediately. We couldn't be happier!
