So good! I love pretzels and these are the best I’ve found. Their fresh lemonade is amazing too! So glad I found this place.

Everytime I go to a mall, I have to get a pretzel. I got the jalapeno & pepperoni pretzel (pictured) and a garlic pretzel. It was really good and tasted fresh. If you want a quick bite or drink then this is a good spot to grab one.

Y’all don’t understand. I’m sitting here right now, over 300 miles away from Mr. Pretzel’s, and I swear I can still smell the sweet aroma of what I now know to be the greatest soft pretzel the southern 48 has ever seen. Please, if you find yourself in Vista Ridge, or anywhere remotely close for that matter, do yourself a favor and get one (or 10). Thank them for their service. 2.50 is a small price to pay for an abundance of happiness and warmth. God Bless

Pretzel bites and smoothie were perfect. Super quick. Very cheap. Plenty of places to sit nearby. Will have to come back for fresh lemonade sometime.

Normally my view of Mr. Pretzel would be a higher rating as we usually love eating their pretzels. However, this past week, changed everything... As I was paying my 6.74, I gave five dollars in change and told the man that I would be paying the rest on a card (which would be 1.74). The man looked at me, with the change still in his hand, ran the card and handed me the bill to sign. When I looked at the receipt, I noticed I had been charged 2.74 instead of 1.74. I didn't say anything at the moment, but the further I walked away from the space, the angrier I became. This employee blatantly took an extra dollar from me! Now this may not seem like a big deal to some, but to me it is. I don't put up with dishonesty. No business should be taking extra money from their customers. If they need more money, they can raise their prices. I am very disappointed in this employee's business etiquette. Because of his greed, Mr. Pretzel officially lost our business.

Me and my elderly mother went to go get a pretzel here to find a young boy on the phone. He looks up, sees us, and continues his conversation. After asking if he was gonna get off the phone to take our order, he looks up, and says, "In a minute." With his fingers up. How rude! We told him to forget it and how rude he was and he continued his conversation with dismiss. Whomever is the manger on this place needs to check your employees!
