They were pleasant and did the best that they could with the help that they had. When the end of the month or especially the end of the year and month come together at the same time, its kinda of a perfect storm. If I were king for a day, license offices would be granted on performance NOT as political favors.

It's never fun to go to the DMV. The girls that work here are super nice. I just think they need a better system for checking in for different services. I only needed to update my address on my license. I had to wait 45 minutes with everyone else that were there to renew tags, do registration, etc. Once my number was called, I was told I had to wait in yet another que because there is only one person that handles licensing issues. That was another 30 minute wait, for a total of 1:15 for a transaction that took less than 10 minutes. I was not the only one who was there for licensing and not to rew tags or for registration. If there's only one person handling license issues, have a separate check in for those folks so we don't have to wait in two ques. The staff was very friendly, and I will return to this location in the future.
I arrived there yesterday around 410pm to get my Real ID license and it was such a great experience. I was in and out in 10 minutes. There was not a line and to be honest I was the only one there. The staff was really nice and helpful with answering my questions. If you need to do any thing at the DMV I recommend coming to Lexington.
Went to renew my drivers license. Wanted real I.D. but they would not except my ss card as I had laminated it....grrrr The service was out standing & friendly. Would highly recomend them.. Thank you!
