I cannot say enough great things about Dreamline! We spent many months contemplating stick build vs. modular and working with an architect to help design a stick build home... let's just say that I wish I had just gone to Dreamline first, but we all have to go through that exercise to feel that we've done our due diligence. Dreamline made our beautiful family home a reality and kept our family livelihood in tact without too many domestic disputes over my breakfast nook and mudroom that I HAD to have. Kris and Doug are terrific pair, they are both creative, responsive and attentive to detail. Kris' design for our home was close to perfect the first day we met, he listened and then designed and listened some more and then we finalized our dream home (probably took a couple months to finalize our design). There is even a secret passageway for the kids! Kris also saved us from days and numerous hours picking tile, paint colors and the interior design of our home. He knew our style and was able to streamline our choices and in the end the tile and paint combinations came out gorgeous! Doug was instrumental in making sure our home was built, delivered and set on our foundation on time. Doug also was very patient with us in figuring out the design of our driveway, which who knew could be so difficult! Doug also has such invaluable information about all the ins and outs of permitting, restrictions and codes for the Town we live in, so without a doubt he made this whole process appear seamless and had our undivided confidence that he could get whatever we wanted in a home completed. Of course there are always little kinks or sometimes changes in plans to make your home more perfect, but Kris and Doug were always immediately responsive to these issues and resolved them timely. Our family will forever be grateful for Dreamline and I know that I can always count on them if I need anything - even a simple mailbox ;)

My family and I had a positive experience working with Dreamline from the first initial meeting, through the design process, demo and set day, their management of multiple work threads, all the way through addressing some loose ends and making final touches to bring the build to a conclusion. We moved into our home sooner than expected (a huge plus) and really enjoyed working with Kris and Doug throughout the process. They were also quick to work with us on any issues or questions that came up along the way. Overall they helped to design and execute the vision we had for our home and we would definitely recommend them.
