An entire day to replace an alternator! No communication AT ALL!! I CALLED THEM at 4:30pm on the 1st day, just to find out, some how, I now have a leak in the radiator. Had to wait an entire extra day for that too. At 3pm the 2nd day I CALLED THEM, they told me it would be done by 4pm and that they would call me, (never called!) I called at 5 and they were already CLOSED AND GONE FOR THE DAY. At least the price wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Horrible lack of communication and costumer service. There's only one guy called Justin that I would give 5 stars for professionalism over the phone the rest need some classes or stop answering. And now my car has zip ties under the hood!

Not very service very very expensive prices
I've been a Valvoline Express customer for over 15 years for my vehicles and my business. I'm from out of town and have never been here before and have no idea what the process or procedure is. When you put the Valvoline symbol on your building, you are expected to maintain the Valvoline standards as a minimum. I'm use to being treated like they appreciate my business, want to make sure they know what I want and need, and make sure I am satisfied when I leave, so I'll come back. However, when you saw the out of state plates, it obviously wasn't worth your time. We are here to buy real estate and to get settled in this town. However, Valvoline will not be part of that.
