Lexington Hills apartments have some great features: washer/dryer connections, cable and internet included in the rent price, older apartments with actual space, fairly reasonable rent prices and responsive maintenance and pest control. However, there is one huge problem: The water issue. At least once a month an underground pipe breaks and we end up having our water shut off anywhere between 2 to 13 hours. As residents, we've learned to expect the water outages and plan for them, but if you don't want to deal with this, this is not the apartment community for you.

After having issues with communication I finally got through using a different phone #. I ended up finding out the issue that needs to be resolved has to do with whom I was to be living with. Ill still hope for better communication in the future but appreciate the help I received tonight!
Water was off ALL the time. Bugs were absolutely rampant and disgusting. Had a schizophrenic neighbor that made threats, destroyed his place, kept us up all hours of the night, threw his poop and dropped burning cigarettes among other things on our porch that they would do nothing about. The maintenance man was extremely nice and awesome but the place was such a dump he had to be there daily to fix something. Cars consistently got broken into. The office staff was great until they hired a person named Tracy. She is one of the rudest people I know and could never help out with any of the issues. It was very disappointing because the people had been so great that it helped overlook a bunch of the issues with the apartment, but now with her in the picture you would be a fool to even consider Lexington Hills.
My family is looking to move soon and we checked out this complex and absolutely loved it! The grounds are well maintained and you can tell management really cares about the overall upkeep. The woman I dealt with in the office was super helpful and nice. She answered all my questions with a smile. You could really tell she knew what she was doing! Hopefully we'll be able to put in an application soon.
I've lived here going on 3 years now and from my experience has been great overall yes the water issue is a little problematic but i know the staff does there very best to resolve the issue as soon as possible the office staff keeps a open communication with resident's and you won't find anywhere that is as affordable as Lexington hills are and the location is convenient to everything you need . It's one of my favorite place to live and the floor plans are perfect. i look forward to staying a resident for a long time
