Great place to go for dental work. I wouldn't go anyone else.
The front desk messed up my appointment not once but twice and blamed it on me even though I had the card they have me. They also checked my benefits but when I got a bill denied they did and again blamed me. My insurance company even had record of talking with then. When I spoke with the woman in billing she was hateful and refused to work with me. She told me she would look into it and call me back. She never did call me back even after several more attempts.very bad customer service
I have very bad dental anxiety and dr rich and Morgan have always been awesome with me and my children!!!
