Unfortunately we can NOT support this small business. The previous home owner used their services, left a balance and sold us the current home we are in. When I contacted the company to let them know the previous owner doesn’t live here and we were receiving his mail. I was informed I had to pay the balance because I live here now. I empathized with the company because they were left with an unpaid balance. In effort to support them, when I needed new propane service I contacted them. Instead I was declined any service until the balance is paid. The small business lost out on a new account with honest clients. The future value of our account would outweigh the bad blood they have with the old owner, who appears that he will never pay his bill. My business will now go elsewhere.

Well, I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I spoke to a lady who was going to have a \technician\ contact me, I heard nothing, so I left them 2 messages on Voicemail of the course of two weeks asking them to contact me about a tank installation... Crickets! Called Pinnacle Propane who responded and sent a technician within a couple days. Pinnacle was AWSOME! I tried to go local, like always, but I believe in customer service and apparently P&R has enough customers.
Stayed closed on Monday's and Friday's (they say due to covid!?) during the worst winter storm in Texas history. Every other propane place is open, however not accepting new customers.
As a disabled person with handicap license plates, they took the bottle from my car, filled it, then returned it to my car. I was able to give them my credit card to pay, all without getting out of my car and using my walker to enter the store. If you are not using handicap plates, you will need to remove the bottle from your car and return it to the car before walking into the store to pay for your purchase.
We called P & R, for the first time, needing our tank filled and suspecting a leak. Ashley was extremely friendly and informative over the phone. Arthur does installations and repairs and came out. He was friendly, very informative, and professional. Both were great to deal with. No other company had found our leak. We are looking forward to a long relationship with P & R!
Used them to add a propane tank to my house. Saved a lot compared to other quotes and they did a great job.
