Everyone here is professional thus things run smoothly. My wait time has always been acceptable. I see Leann Abernathy who is very good and understands my concerns.

I have been a patient of Multicare for YEARS AND YEARS! I am NEVER late for an appointment, until today! It took me 45 minutes AFTER I got off the freeway, to get to the clinic. I then, stood in line waiting for patients to be checked in! By the time I got to the receptionist, she flat out told me it did not matter WHY I was late, and because I was 15 minutes late, she told me I had to reschedule!! She then COULD NOT FIND an appointment to reschedule me to! Traffic is not something that ANY patient can account for, and the way I was treated was ALARMING!! I'm now looking for a new doctor and new clinic! They are RUDE RUDE RUDE!! I even left a message for the office manager, and she DID NOT even bother to call me!!! Leave yourself 2 hours to get to an appointment so you can predict traffic!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE RECEPTIONIST!!!

I went to this facility and seen RNP Abernathy as my doctor was away on vacation. I complained about a hemorrhoid and a painful spot near it. She then diagnosed me with dehydration as I was having dizzy spells and was not feeling well overall. She gave me a topical cream prescription for the hemorrhoid and sent me on my way. My insurance wouldn't cover the topical so I called and asked Abernathy to give me a new prescription that was covered by my insurance. She informed me to just pay out of pocket! It took 3 days for the facility to give me a prescription covered by my insurance! On the 3rd day when I could no longer take the pain I went to the ER. I was told I wasn't dehydrated. The overall icky feeling and dizzy spells were caused by an abscess that was located next to the hemorrhoid. I ended up needing urgent surgery because of her lack of skills and knowledge. I will never go back to her and I suggest no one else does either. If I hadn't gone to the ER and complained about the hard spot near my hemorrhoid I would never have known and an infection would still be in my body. On a different occurrence my wife needed a prior authorization it took 3 weeks for them to send the prior authorization to insurance. She called multiple times and was told there aren't even notes in your chart saying you need a prior authorization. I had to call the pharmacy and give them a fax number that was going to go straight to the doctor. I waited 3 days and called the pharmacy and still no paperwork from the doctor. Called them again and was told i needed a different fax number. At this point I was beyond frustrated and started yelling then I called back the pharmacy and started yelling at them too. About 45 minutes later I got a call from the pharmacy saying they figured it out and my prescription was being filled right then.

I’ve always had great service and knowledgeable professional care there. I’ve been to the urgent care and also see my Primary Care Doctor there, Dr Jaderholm and am extremely happy. Dr Jaderholm is excellent and his staff is great.
