My husband (now ex husband) went there and never had a problem. The Dr was great and everything went well. 11 years latter still no problem

Had CT scans a year ago and they failed to even call me and tell me I had something wrong, something real wrong. I waited 3-4 weeks and never heard anything nor did I even get a letter in the mail of my CT results. Something told me to call and just see if everything was ok. Like most, I figured no news is good news right? After calling and getting the run around for 3 more days...I started demanding results. Turns out, I had kidney cancer. What a huge epic fail to not tell someone they have cancer. Who knows what the turn out could've been had I not called. I called last week for advise or to see if I need to be seen for an issue I'm having. I get \ well I'll talk to the doctor tomorrow and call you back\ okay, thanks! Here it is a week out, never heard one thing back from them. I would like to mention I do like the group of doctors at this practice. It was the office staff & nurses that I had the issue with that worked there at the time I had these issues.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews first! Sent my husband here for a consult. I scheduled the appointment and gave his insurance info. Was told they will call a week prior to his appt to discuss cost. Two days prior to his appointment, I called to see what the cost was. They had my husband as a self pay patient with no insurance. That is incorrect, and either way, we should’ve received a call regarding the cost. The person said they will call me the next day. Still did not get a call. My husband shows up to his appt and they blurt out some fees and collect 40 up front for a consult. He ended the appt early and left after getting a refund. That doctor lost a patient due to the lack of responsibility from his AWFUL staff members. Don’t bother calling to complain. Some valley girl staff member will just make excuses. We are moving on to a more reputable office.

Absolute worst staff ever! I waited 2 hours for an appointment and had to leave to pick up my daughter. Never saw the dr and had to reschedule. Took two months to get back in. Then found out they billed my insurance for an appointment I never got and charged me my 50 copay! Ow trying to talk to the billing department and was on hold for 10 mins and it hung up. Called back and they all went to lunch! Now 10 mins of my lunch is wasted and I can't call back after their hour lunch, I HAVE TO WORK!! The doctor may be nice but his staff is a disaster! Don't go here!
