I wanted to write to say how satisfied I was with the service at Napleton Libertyville and my sales person, Tom. My only regret about my car leasing experience was that I didn’t find you sooner. Before coming into Napleton, I had reached out to every Mazda dealership within the Chicagoland area. I even drove to Milwaukee to visit dealerships there. What I valued most about Tom was his transparency and respect for my time. Other dealerships wasted hours of my time playing games, but Tom was honest from the start. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at and took the time to explain all the different features to me. Ultimately, I decided to lease my car with you because of Tom’s excellent customer service. It is one thing to be satisfied with my experience finding a car and signing a lease, but what set Napleton apart was your continued support after I walked away from the dealership. When I was leaving with my new car, Tom said to let him know if I had any questions or concerns and he really meant it. He has since contacted me multiple times to check in, and I really appreciate this. As a point of comparison, my sister leased a BMW earlier this summer and said she never heard from her sales person after she signed her lease. Because of Tom, you have now earned my trust and loyalty. I will now be a Napleton customer for life and will continue to refer you to all my family and friends.

I must take this time to give credit where credit is due. This past Tuesday I have an appointment at Frank Boucher in Racine Wisconsin to have a replacement we call work done on my vehicle for the LEDs in both of my headlights left and right where when I got there to arrive for my 9 AM appointment they told me they had me scheduled for 2 PM when I scheduled this a week in advance and took off work the morning to have the work done. So I decided to call around to see if any other Mazda dealerships have the replacement lamps and called Napleton Mazda in Libertyville Illinois to see if they had the parts necessary to do the work on my vehicle, bought my vehicle into the shop there for the second time ever visiting and they were able to work me in and get the work done in less than a half hours time‼️ Hats off to Napleton Mazda in Libertyville Illinois‼️ I’m always met there with polite and courteous customer service where they always do good work and have always done good work on my vehicle with very reasonable prices‼️

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Danny Savage. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. My wife was not very interested in Mazdas and didn’t know much about them until speaking with him and test driving the vehicle. He was very patient and didn’t force a car onto us. We would definitely recommend him if you are interesting in purchasing a Mazda here. Awesome guy!
