The women that work here are extremely unhelpful and unkind. Not to mention my wife wanted to try on a body suit because their sizes either run way too small, or too big. They said no, only tops. My wife then offered to keep her leggings on while trying on. Still no go. Why is she going to spend 55 on something that *might* fit when you don't take returns or exchanges? She has two items over 40 in her closet from this place with tags on them because they ran way too small. Overpriced, rude, terrible return policy and you better be good at guessing if something will fit before buying. I put my foot down. We will only go to Venus from here on out.
Only giving it three stars for the cleanliness of the store and the nice selection of toys and heels. There was this girl at the counter with an attitude because she thought my boyfriend and I were underraged by judging our looks. I understand you need to check everyone’s ID but she was literally looking at us with a nasty look from head to toe.We said thank you as we left and she gave us an attitude because we didn’t purchase anything.
Love everything there and really good prices
A wide variety of adult products to whet your appetite. Little bit of porn, little bit of stripper attire, a wall of bdsm toys (of the novelty variety), and plenty of things to put inside of you. The staff is super friendly and non-judgemental - I recently bought padding for drag (that means it makes my butt look feminine), they were super cool about letting me try it on and find the right size. In the past, I've used Lickety Split to find my first pair of high heels and my first... well... thing to put inside of me. Spent over 100 dollars here only to purchase shoes that broke within 4 hours of wear. When I called the store to see if I could bring them in and replace them with a non broken pair and they wouldn't work with me at all. I'll never shop here again. Way to treat one of your more frequent customers. I'll be spreading the word.
