Reached out to this place to help me deal with anxiety around COVID-19. Was happy to see they offered telehealth support and have both therapy and prescription management. Have to say that I've been really impressed with the support I've received. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and I was matched up with a great provider.

This place saved my life. I was going through a really dark time, just lost a close friend who was my only local support, living alone during the pandemic, and basically at rock bottom. A friend mentioned the Life Changes Group and I filled-out the form. Within a few hours I received an email from an actual %#% person who set me up with a telehealth intake appointment. The doctor was warm, patient, and supportive. You could tell he really cared. Since then, I've been seeing someone regularly and starting to feel better. I'm not 100%, I don't even know what that would mean, but I can lift my head off the pillow again and actually consider having a day. That's something. Would definitely recommend you give them a try.

I was lucky enough to have a friend refer me to this practice. They offer cognitive therapy which has been effective for managing my anxiety. I'm also working with one of their prescribers because my PCP didn't want to manage my anxiety meds anymore. I've been impressed by the quality of the services and support that I've received. Definitely a step above most therapy places I've been to. I see a lot more people each week in the waiting area so guess they're doing something right. Nice staff and they worked with my insurance company.

I've been a patient a life changes group for the past two years and have had nothing but great experiences. Before I started, I'd bounced around for a few years looking for the right clinician/experience and honestly gettung pretty fed up with the lack of options and caring. There was one place thriveworks that tried to charge me a monthly subscription fee just to see a therapist! Thankfully I found the life changes group and met my wonderful doctor. She has been a rock and helped me so much. I'm doing really well now, have a better job, I'm more social and don't panic anymore. Good luck to everyone on here!
