I worked with Paul today to switch to a larger storage unit. He was perfectly helpful, wonderful and patient with all of my questions and helped me choose between two potential units by showing me the spaces and explaining the difference in costs. Paul also provided great suggestions to keep my things well stored (wrapping for my rug, etc.). It was a great experience and I am so glad that I can trust to keep my personal items safe at Life Storage. Thanks for your help Paul!!

We used this storage facility during our recent remodeling. It was a great place to use. Always clean and accessible. Temperature control worked well as it was always comfortable in the space. I leased using the online app which was super easy and the staff, especially the assistant manager, was always very helpful.
Raquel brings life and light to the Life Storage location in Arlington Heights. She will go out of her way to make sure you understand the policies of the company and what you will be receiving before you sign anything. That’s a major plus! It’s nothing like signing something you don’t understand. The storage place is clean & friendly. Her youthfulness bring life to the company. If it was someone taking care of my account I don’t thing this would’ve been my storage place. I love it and thank you Life Storage and baby Raquel.

I'm looking for some temporary storage while I remodel and have researched several of the self-storage places in the area. This place is right across Rand Rd from Target. I was impressed with the place as soon as I pulled up and saw a Life Storage truck in the parking lot that they rent. Then I walked inside and met Paul Quiba. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, low-pressure and very professional. I learned LIfe Storage tries to make itself a one-stop shop. If you need boxes or packing materials, they've got them. Need a rental vehicle to bring your boxes to the place, they've got it. Want outside garages or inside temperature controlled storage, they've got it. Do you want high security with restrictive codes limiting the access others have to the floor your stuff is on, they've got it. You can tell they've thought through the needs of their customers and have created a business to serve those needs. One other nice aspect of this place is their prices are low AND they give you more for your money than other places that offer less amenities. And after you become a customer, they discount the supplies and truck rental to help you get started. I am very impressed by this place.
