I have been a member of Lifestyle for close to a year now. I was previously a member of Lifetime Fitness and the difference is astronomical. As a parent, there is no gym I would recommend more. They have very convenient times for the kids center and they are actually skilled with them. At Lifetime I cannot recall how many times I would be partially through my workout before being summoned to get my children and have to leave before being finished. I have never had this problem at Lifestyle. In fact, my kids love going and the trouble comes in trying to leave because they are having so much fun. I cannot speak for the classes since I have yet to participate in them, but I often see many people in the studio enjoying themselves. They also offer kids classes. That is a rare commodity to find and the kids have a blast. It isn't a large gym by any means; however, being a smaller facility you get to know the staff and they are all great people. The personal trainers are very experienced in comparison to what I have seen at other gyms. I have yet to ask a question they can't answer. I will honestly never go back to another corporate owned gym.

I like the energy and environment. They make working out fun! I also like that there’s no set class time, instead of rushing to make it on time I am able to come in anytime and still get a great workout!
I have been going to this gym for several of years and LOVE it! It is a smaller gym so it doesn't get super busy during the "busy times". They have any equipment you will need and the people are friendly. Plus 30 per month for a gym membership really isn't that bad.
Awesome place to workout! The staff is friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Excellent personal training for a price you cannot beat. I have been a client for 11/2 years and have never been disappointed with the workout. I have recovered from a previous back and knee injury with their help.
Love this place. Small gym but not crowded ever. Plus they always got good jams which is always appreciated. Great gym to go to and get it done. You also can not beat the price.
It doesn’t matter your age or ability the trainers and owner at lifestyle are excited to work with you...I am grateful for their leadership while training my son. His enthusiasm for working out has grown from their support and care.
This gym is trashy. The fees are too high for the services provided, and they will charge you as much as they can, EVEN AFTER you have cancelled your membership. I cancelled in the first week of April, was charged for April, and was recently charged for the month of May as well, in accordance with their 30 day cancellation policy (which is conveniently hidden away in their agreement form.) When I called to request a refund for March, the man who signed me up answered the phone and was quite inflexible and rude in his dismissal of my claims. AVOID THIS GYM, definitely not worth the hassle.
Nice gym, good location, friendly staff. Not a mega gym, normal people looking to improve their fitness. Open 24/7 staffed 8 to 8. Exactly what I was looking for.
