My new patient experience at Lifetime Ob/Gyn was great. The office was very clean and considerate of COVID-19 precautions. The staff were so helpful, clear, friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and provided thorough instructions throughout my visit. Dr. Karban was also great. She really listened to me, educated me, and included me in making informed decisions for my women’s wellness health. I have been very pleased with the Dr. Karban and the office’s attentiveness and care.

Always have a wait, then only get to talk to the doctor for about 10 minutes and I feel rushed the whole time. Decided to go ahead anyway and do a small surgery that I needed and Dr. Villalobos promised to call the next morning and check on me and she never did. I called that afternoon because of some concerns I had and left a message with her staff who promised to let her know I wanted a call back and didn’t hear from her. Called the next day and left a message again and explained that I was already disappointed with her not checking up on me when she said she would and not calling me back when I called. And still never heard from her. So I’m two days post op with some concerns and can’t get ahold of her. I won’t be going back to see her even though I need to be seen. I’m very disappointed and can’t recommend her.

I've been going here for about 6 years. I love Dr. Villalobos however, lately the staff has been awful and I was forced to switch Doctors. I called the office while I was on vacation (a Wednesday) and someone answered and when I said I was an existing patient and needed to make an appointment she told me they were closed and I had to call back the next day........if your closed why did you answer????? I was mid-day not 5 pm like they were just closing up shop. So I was a little irritated. Then I call back the following week as I forgot of course because I was no longer on vacation. This time I call and tell this girl that I need an appointment ASAP and had tried to call and book one a week earlier but my birth control has run out and I cant afford to be off of it. She tells me there is NOTHING SHE CAN DO !!!! she said the earliest she could fit me in is a month from now and said I could not get a refill...…ARE YOU KIDDING! I told her if i wait that long Ill need an new appointment by then because Ill be pregnant! She said \yea\ then I called a new office and booked an appointment for a week later. Super disappointed in the service these days.

They are amazing. The nurse and doctor. All such a wonderful team. I couldn't be more thankful to find them.

Dr. Villalobos has an excellent staff and she is a caring, knowledgeable doctor. The office has been completely remodeled for COVID safety!
