My doctor told me to try and start drinking Alkaline water. We have had the system for almost one year. We have had the repair guys out here three times , and that's because we have waited weeks for them to come out. The system has never worked properly, the water comes out in drops in the kitchen. Everytime they come out change the filter and they leave , they say it should start working about a day or two. Nope, it does not work! They said it's the city problem called the city they said they water is coming in fine. I did not have a piping problem until they installed their system. Calling in and getting a appointment is a whole train wreck. We have schedule appointment three different times and all three time they have either forgot about the appointment, didn't have an appointment or best one....I made the appointment with the actual service guys and told him please don't come in the morning we had our son's graduation that day. He said that he will write that on the order and that he will remember because he was the one that was coming out...they called before we were leaving....to let us know they were coming at the time I told them not to come. So they pushed out the appointment again three weeks out! I wished my husband and I would have seen these reviews before we this company. We were comfortable in the fact that they were backed up by Home Depot. Unfortunately, I wished we have never bought this system.
