Ok so my order was not prepared correctly. I called to see if I could get it remade before just showing up, immediately Maria started saying if it’s not on the Uber eats table then it’s not added. Nachos automatically come with quest then I ordered EXTRA quest at an additional cost on the side. No quest and no extra quest or guacamole on my nacho. Homewreck junior had a specific note to make sure it was added though homewrecker come with those toppings. Instead of remaking my order Maria was like we didn’t do anything wrong. The guy that prepares the order admitted that he made it wrong. At this point she was power tripping and calling her manager and trying speak in Spanish I had to let her know to what I speak Spanish. Just a horrible experience... no resolution calling management and the health department. She had a bandage in her hand and playing with it the entire time. Yuckk
They don't guve enough food. When you request extra you are required to pay. Please be aware that you're only getting just a dab of food not a full scoop that you've. agreed to pay for! People please do better with customer service skills. Because customers request extra STOP GETTING ATTITUDES because it's NOT coming from your kitchen or pay check!
I haven't gone to Moe's in months because of my last experience. However I figured I would give it another shot. The woman making my food was highly unnpleasant and had a bad attitude not only with me, but also the gentleman ordering behind me. On multiple occasions she cross-contaminated utensils with different food options id asked for. (I don't work there ...but I'm pretty sure using the same spoon for 4 different ingredients is not within health regulations) While I was paying I asked the co-worker if she was ok, and all he responded with is, \ahhhh...I hope so...\.
This place is so bad all the food was not fresh and the only meat they had was chicken and ground beef with no intention on making more and there were only 3 employees working at 12:20 during the lunch rush... while I was ordering my food I noticed the employee wasn't wearing his mask, was coughing and sneezing and looked ill then after I sat down to eat he said to another employee \I feel extremely sick do you think you can handle it without me\ to the other employee then left whoever runs this place should be fired
