It is a real shame that they forced so many people to go to their water years ago. Our well water was just fine. We had it tested yearly and had no issues. I brought up a baby with our water. They not only forced everyone that didn't have their water to get it but it costs us dearly for one of their meters. We did ask if we could carry it with us if we moved and they said no of course. The customer service gas always been terrible. It is like part of the application states that you must be mean and hateful. Ask a Simple question, you get a rude answer. Pay a payment, if you smile and say have a good day, you don't get the same. I wonder if they're trained to be rude or are they that miserable. These places have us between a rock and a hard place. And now what? Our water is filled with poison. I bet that will cost us a pretty penny. The utility departments in our area need an overhaul. It costs you nothing to be nice to someone. Let's all start with that. I have seen them being rude to an old lady who was hard of hearing. Like who does that??

I went to the Limestone County Water Department today with a question about my water bill. I was greeted politely and I asked my question, the young lady assisting me consulted with the supervisor and told me they would research it and call me shortly. I got a call a few hours later with the information I requested. Pretty simple, maybe the fact that I was polite and patient is the secret. These are PEOPLE that work hard and listen to impatient complainers all day. Try treating them the way you would like to be treated and I believe you will get the same great results I got. Thanks!!

My wife called about an issue with our bill and the lady on the other end of the line called my wife a liar and hung up on her. My wife was not at all being irrational or irate, but was still treated this way. We simply were trying to get some clarity on a situation. We are not people that complain. In fact, I’ve never even reviewed another business in all my years. But I felt this was extremely inappropriate and needs to be addressed. As I can see from the other reviewers, we are not alone.

Got an email alert stating that there was continuous water flow on my property for the past 72 hours and the email told me to call their office if I needed assistance. After walking the property and checking throughout the house I could see no leaks. I called the limestone county water office and spoke with the operator to see if they could send someone out to check and see if there is a leak under the ground. I was rudely told ummm, no, no we do not do that..... we do not come out to customer sites.... I replied OK I got the email from you guys and the email stated to call you for assistance.. I then asked well who do I call? The operator said, well maybe you should call a plumber!! No help what so ever!!!! But I bet they will have no trouble charging me if there is a leak!!!!
