Nice people, but an inept company. I rented an oxygen concentrator for 2 months and paid my bill in full. I was told my account was closed and would not get another bill. I continued to get bills for months afterward, at which time they were also deducting money from my account. Each time required 30 minutes on hold to get assurance that my account was now closed.

A huge thank you to the Lincare Bozeman team for ensuring my husband had the oxygen he needed and we could go on vacation!! We were so excited to arrive and see that everything was as we discussed and the oxygen was waiting for us at our hotel - it took a lot of stress off of us. You are the best!

I've been getting oxygen for the the last 6 months and spoke with Maree Lusby and she was nothing but kind and caring and letting me know everything I needed to get set up and helped with getting everything in order! I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I called to confirm a delivery time the day before the expected delivery. Never heard from anybody. I called the day of delivery to find out delivery time. When I was told "before noon," and asked if they could narrow a delivery time, she placed me on hold where I sat for 30 minutes listening to their recorded message telling me how important my time is. Very unprofessional considering the business they're in.

Horrible customer service, this outfit took over for Billings Clinic, mother is on home oxygen, they send her empty tanks because some other company fills them, yet nobody takes the time to check, had several times where my mom ends up in distress because the sealed full tank is empty and I am not there to get her another. They refuse to send her a regulator claiming she needs to get tested even though she already had the test and has the regulator it just needs to be replaced. I call to talk to anyone in charge and get the drivers, who I may add are the only ones who care about their customers, kudos to Rick our driver. The rest of the office takes lunch at the same time, never responds to messages, and the manager of this office is a joke, never takes the time to call back despite numerous messages left. Do not use this place, you will regret it, with the exception of the drivers Lincare Bozeman deserves negative stars.

terrible service. could not get through to local office by phone even tough I left numerous messages with corporate office. Drove down to local office and talked with an employee out side of the building. I was told the manager had knowledge of my concerns yet I never heard from her. Bad thing is these medical companies know you need their service so they treat you like shit! Use on line Cpap shop instead

this place is too big for its britches,lousy customer service,dont keep up with their medicaid clients pesscriptions.ive been getting the wrong nasal mask, wrong nasal pillows and the wrongheadgear sent too me sice it was changed back in feb of 2018.ive tried contacting their headquarters in clearwater flaorida with no results. if you need cpap equipment do not get it here.

I have been receiving oxygen from the Bozeman office for about a year now. I have been very impressed with the service. I particularly would like to acknowledge the care that the front desk staff (Emily) has given me every time I have phoned or shown up in the office. She always goes the extra mile to make sure that I have what I need. I have traveled several times during the last year and she has helped me to understand the process of getting equipment here in Bozeman and at my destination.
