Everyone is correct, they never call you back!! I have been trying to get a cpap for 2 months now and I have left messages and spoke with people and nothing!!!!!!

This is by far the worst customer service I think I have ever had from a service organization! I do appreciate the delivery of oxygen concentrator and bottles after release from hospital with COVID pneumonia. I called on January 18th to have equipment picked up and they said they could not be there until the 20th. Okay so I waited until 2pm for them to show up on the 20th or contact me then called the office to get some news. They said there was a computer glitch and it wasn't scheduled. I, even with the lingering shortness of breath, loaded everything up and delivered to them. I signed a form indicating return and did not get a copy (my bad) but our adult handicapped daughter informed me last night that someone has showed up at our home once last week and again yesterday to pick up equipment I had already returned. I tried to call twice today and instead of the office wind up with some off site answering service tossing me around. I am concerned that I will be charged additional amount for equipment I have not had. Again this organization has the worst customer service and the location in the strip mall is frankly scary.

I put a 1 star just because it won't let me post. Doctors! don't send your patients to this company. They're irresponsible and everybody throws the ball around and nobody takes responsibility. Patients wait almost 2 months to get an answer and I'm still waiting for the patient to get set up. This is ridiculous!

This supplier was recommended to me by my insurance as being in network. I called to order a CPAP after my doctor wanted to charge me 1200 dollars for a machine that I could buy on Craigslist for 399. The lady that answered the call seemed confused that a patient was calling instead of the doctors office, and seemed inconvenienced. She spoke to me in a very unprofessional and condescending way. I let her know that I had all of the required paperwork from the doctor to place the order, and she insisted that they would call the providers office should they have any issues with the paperwork. This being my very first experience with the office, I elected to end the call at that point. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Terrible customer experience. We came to pick up a CPAP that had been delayed for 2 months and when we arrived, one receptionist simply told us she was ready to go home and silently refused to help us, and the other gave my grandmother a very rude attitude for being 15 minutes late even though there were no other guests to be helped. She tried to send us away and then tried to silently wait us out behind her desk partition. While we waited, the phone rang for 20 minutes (really) before the receptionist picked it up and hung up again. This office should be an embarrassment to its parent company and its employees.

This review is directly to Lincare. In the years I have needed oxygen supplies I have had no problems. I do have to say if it wasn't for Brian that may not be the case. You may look at your balance sheet or your profit/loss statement but your biggest asset is someone like Brian or the manager of the warehouse(I forget his name) when Brian is not available but if you were to lose them you would be in a world of hurt. If you honestly think of hiring snowflakes/millennials you had better think at least twice. Snowflakes, nowadays, have 3 agendas......me. myself and I.

Don’t ever use this company!!!! They have given us the run around for months in trying to obtain a simple CPAP mask for my husband!! Always say they will call back but rarely do. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business. Staff is rude and don’t know what they are doing.

horrible customer service! An organization that provides O2 should be more responsible to its clients. Horrible business ethics. "We can't get over to that location until Monday"--ME---"But its Friday and she needs her O2 and you missed her delivery." "well, we can get their Monday at the earliest." Unreasonable.
