If you need a car talk to CRAIG. Went to go look at a car in hopes to just look and not buy. Craig aka (Big Craig) was SUPER helpful and friendly. He was informative, welcoming, and able to help with numbers and so many questions. He still is answering questions after the fact of me buying a car. I greatly appreciate how much assistance I got from him. Would definitely go back again.

Amazing customer service. They go out of their way to follow through with anything you might need. Buying a car can be a headache but they are no pressure, and they treat you like family!
They got me in and out quick. My only concern was how the severity of some of my car parts suddenly became became better since my last oil change last year when they wanted me to spend hundreds immediately to fix them and now they are in the green. Other than that the people are always friendly and the service is fast.
absolutely amazing ppl! Isaiah was patient and understanding. we didn't feel rushed or like we were getting 'taken' I honestly felt like we got a great price for an amazing car. The sales manager (sorry forgot his name) came over and was very polite and nice. Isaiah went through everything with us and then took us through our new car to show us all the perks! added bonus the sales managers helped us figure out where to eat! and they were spot on (great food)! my husband and I just really felt appreciated for giving them our business. We will be back! thank you for all your hard work!
Aaron in sales did a great job staying in touch with me. I live 2.5 hours from Lincoln, closer to Kansas City, and Aaron was the only dealer to keep checking in on me to see if my search had changed over the course of several months. I wanted a very specific car at a specific price. He would check in with me when something similar came up, and finally got the car I wanted in. I made the drive just to work with Aaron because of his excellent customer service. It was worth it! He’s continued checking in to make sure I’m happy. Good guy!!
