Extremely unprofessional work environment. Supervisors dont communicate with each other or employees. Certain supervisor for hughesnet will talk down to you and belittle you daily. If you have a family you should forget about working there because they want you to ALWAYS put your job ahead of ALL other things outside of work. You have a sick child better figure it out because you will receive a write up even if you call in. Even if you are making sales, if you take too many calls in a day they will send you home early and then demand you make up the hours even though they send you home. You are constantly told how to do something one way and when you do it, then you are told your doing it wrong. Even if you follow what your supervisor said to do down to the letter. This is a terrible place to work. I regret attempting to work here a second time. Under the assumption that going back the second time would be different with different management. Yes all jobs have problems but this company takes the cake.

The community around this center is so positive and motivating. The supervisor are only trying to do what is best for you and are very understanding. The agents are so welcoming there is always a friend to be made. There’s so much room for growth within this company.

It is a high-pressure sales job. You are expected to make sales. Some days are incredibly stressful. But if you can show up every day with a good attitude, and a willingness to put it all on the table, you have an opportunity to make really good money. I average around 21/hour.
