I took the blowing motor out for the person to replace since they would not simply sell me the part. The man was very nice. But now my heat won't turn on at all and they want to charge me to come back out...the heat worked before they came....an hour before it kicked on just fine...now I have no heat unless I want to pay them again to fix what they messed up...amazing
Have an issue with our a/c smelling bad when it kicks on and comes through the vents. Called for an opinion, they said they'd have someone come out and look. They didnt mention a minimum charge. Thought they would charge if they found something they had to fix. Guy came out and looked at the unit for 2 minutes just to say he didnt smell anything because my laundry was going. Then said I owe him a 99 minimum. He did nothing, didnt try changing the filter, didnt try anything else. Really upsetting that I had to fork over 100 and the problem is still prevalent. And I already know I wont get a refund. Very disappointed in Greens.
Originally posted a 2 star review, after speaking with service manager I am updating it to a 1 star. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. And I’m someone who is in the real estate business and has dealt with bad apples before, I understand everyone has their bad days, and I’ve worked with numerous hvac companies over the years, Greens has proven to be the biggest waste of time and money. Call star city or action.
