PURCHASED A NEW MARINE DEEP CYCLE BATTERY FOR MY BOAT. THE BOAT IS A 2020 BASS TRACKER. I REMOVED THE BATTERIES FOR WINTER STORAGE AND NOTICED A CRACK IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BATTERY. I WAS TOLD THAT THE WARRANTY DOESNT COVER THE BATTERY AND I HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE WARRANTY ACTUALLY COVERS. IM SURE MY NEXT BATTERY PURCHASE WILL BE ACROSS THE STREET AT WALMART. THE BATTERY WAS INSTALLED AS A SPARE ONLY AND TO USE IF THE OTHER 2 DIED ON THE WATER. THE CLERK SAID IF THE BATTERY WAS CRACKED WHEN I PURCHASED IT, HIS RACKS WOULD HAVE BEEN WET. WHEN I CHECKED THE CELL IT WAS BONE DRY. THE BATTERY WAS APPROX 10 MONTHS OLD.
They have a variety of batteries, small to large. Recently I purchased a battery for my hybrid car which is not found everywhere.
I took my car there after failing the battery test at my oil change. The gentleman took excellent care of my car. The customer service is amazing and he was very professional. I will definitely be going back for future business. I highly recommend this place.
Was rushing to get in before close and made it with 10 or less minutes. (Sorry!! Was harder to get that battery out than I thought it would be) Anyhow, the customer service was phenomenal! I didn’t get an attitude for coming right before closing and even though the guy was assisting another customer, he still acknowledged I was there and told me where I could set the battery. I had called before coming in and mentioned that to him. Less than 2 minutes later, a guy I didn’t even know was there came out from the back with a loaner battery and even took it outside to the car! They took my name and number and I was on my way. I was blown away by the customer service experience! Wow
