My husband and I just recently moved into Edson housing. Our landlord in town had abruptly decided to sell the rental we were living in Oceanside. We had a month to find and move into a new place. Since my husband worked for Lincoln, I had heard daily about the great places on base. He ALWAYS had great things to say about Lincoln maintenance and the people who worked there. We applied and were approved to move in in November. Since we have moved in, the staff have been EXCEPTIONAL! If there were any questions, they were on it right away. We received a packet showing all the numbers of customer service support. And this house...OMG better than anything in town! This house would easily be worth 1 million in town...we have an ocean view, 2 story, vaulted ceilings, and a two car garage to name a few amenities. Love this home and I look forward to many years living here!

My husband and I lived here for over a year at the north end of base. I believe for the price of rent outside of base in the state of California, we had a good deal here. The home was updated enough, clean, and had more space than we could use for just the two of us. Whenever we had maintenance issues, they would get fixed in a reasonable amount of time and even during COVID restrictions. This was a great starter home for us overall.
Was nervous moving here after seeing the reviews. I like in Pacific View beautiful housing. Quick response to my maintenance request for a broken garage door opener. Me and my wife love it much more affordable than off base and I get money back every month!

I have loved our house and maintenence has always been polite and try to fix the problems as fast as possible.
