Absolute rudest staff I have ever encountered. I tend to avoid writing reviews but they were so awful I wouldn’t send ANYONE there.
I usually dont like to write a review but there is no other way to registered my complaint. The appointment was easy, the staff was nice. The place is nice. But the person who was supposed to answer my questions and give me advise, Dr Chang, showed up, spoke to the nurse, announce that he is going to dictate his notes to the scribe, examined my eyes, before I could speak, told me that my eyes are fine and comeback in a year and left. TIMED 2 mins, (I am not kidding). I asked the nurse about few of my symptoms, her response \ isnt that really something\. told me to use OTC tear drops and hand me a sample. I knew she had no clue what I was talking about. I knew that it not going to go anywhere if I recall Dr Chang and did not want to leave a bad taste. BTW They charged a higher consultation code, so I will be talking to my insurance. If anyone responsible at Greystone is reading this, you have my number. Dr Chang may a good doctor, But I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed with my experience with him. I paid for his time. And he didnt return the favor. I totally understand that he might have been busy but he charged me for his time handsomely.
I took my son there last week, the wait was very long and the Doctor was short with questions. After the exam we went to checkout and I had asked about getting glasses the lady up front took our paperwork to the glasses department. The lady over there wasn't helpful at all, she told me if I wanted glasses for my son that fit I would need to buy 2 pairs and use different parts of them! We left and went to Wal-mart where the lady there was very helpful and we ordered his glasses. I contacted Graystone back and was told my son had astigmatism that I wasn't told of, I asked her to speak to the Doctor and she said she would give him the message to contact me back. Still haven't heard from him. Very disappointed
