I have recently relocated back to TX from FL. I was working out at the christus mother fransis gym place (when I couldn’t sleep in middle of the night), however, post cardio, my car wouldn’t restart. At 3-3:30-ish am, I called the Lindale police station and was met outside in less than 5 minutes by officers who were very helpful and jumped my car immediately. (Yay!) Thanks to y’all for taking care of your community! Even the new members! -MANDILYN

Incredibly patient and helpful. Very unbiased, and easy to approach. There's a lot of irony in what I'm about to say, but, they have a very common sense approach to things. I've lived in many places, and that seems hard to come by.

bad police work like always!! the lindale police need more practice on their work since they don’t know how to be actual policemen! They blamed me for a juul which I did not own or even touch, they gave me a ticket for it since they didn’t have nothing against me. When the actual owner of the juul went to court he told the judge that it was in fact not mine & that he was the owner of it yet they still charged me with it. Just the other day I was waiting patiently outside for my ride when an officer comes up to talk to me and try to give me a reason to be in trouble when I was just waiting by myself not bothering anyone. He then proceeded to threaten to take me to jail by telling me to go somewhere or he will give me somewhere to be ( meaning he was going to take me to jail) but I did as he told me to do because I wasn’t trying to find trouble, I do not like being in lindale, I feel like they trying to get me in trouble.

Friendly officers who are more than willing to help. They recently went out to the elementary school and had plenty of patience answering all the kids questions. Glad to have them participate in community and be willing to take time for the kids here.

While traveling East bound on I 20 yesterday, July 14, 2018, I hit some road debris and blew out the left rear tire on my truck. Having lost the use of my right arm last year I was in for a difficult challenge. I was able to get the spare down, truck jacked up enough to get the flat off, but I wasn't able to get the fully inflated spare on. I called for assistance, and within a few minutes two patrol officers were there to lend a hand. With my expert supervision (hahaha) and their commitment to helping those in need, I was on my way in no time. My deepest gratitude to both of these officers and the Lindale Police Department. We all see way to many negative news articles about police officers not living up to the trust put into them by their communities, but remember, there are way more Great cops on the streets than bad. I'm not disregarding the people who have had a bad experience with the police, but please try to remember, the vast majority of women and men that put on their badge every day have devoted their lives to protect and serve.

2330 at night on 3/29/18. Frwy closed @ exit 556 in lindale due to accident. Very little traffic on us-69 at that time of night. Lindale officer sitting at the intersection with his strobes on. Rather than get out of his vehicle & direct traffic, he lets all the traffic going eastbound on I-20 have to pass thru a functioning stop light. Very, very poor police work!

They don't like people of color when you go thru Lindale drive speed limits if you're African American whatche your backif you can go around Lindale avoid little Lindale mostly hillbilly trash we use to stay up their not worth rasing kids up their if you are African Americans I wouldn't want my family up their Lindale not good for everything Amen
