Our 30 year old flagpole is 25 feet high and the nylon cord over the years had deteriorated. . When reviewing companies to replace the cord I received outrageous estimates as high as 900. I found CJFlag and liked that they were a family operation. CJFlag gave me a more competitive price and were able to fit me into their schedule. The two men that came to my house were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They completed the job and made some last minute requested adjustments that may have been considered out of scope. I can’t say enough about the two workmen as well of the ease of making an appointment through their administrative staff.

I had a 20ft flagpole installed today at my home and I’m very satisfied with the installation. CJ Flag is an all around awesome company from their customer service to their technicians. I love the fact that they only sell made in the USA poles and flags. I highly recommend them.

From the customer service all the way to the installation process. This company deserves 10 stars. Order process via internet was quick and easy. I called with questions and the young lady over the phone answered everything I threw at her with out any issues. Dave the installer was the nicest most helpful man. Explained everything and left a beautiful installed flag pole with flag on my property. Great Job!!!!

Terrific supplier. Fast, friendly, straight forward transaction. Perfect installation, good value. And unlike most small businesses on Long Island, has their act together with online billing and electronic invoicing. The installation was less than 90 minutes. And 60 of that was waiting for the cement to set.

I am planning on purchasing an Awning and called this company. I spoke to Doug and had a million questions. Not only did he answer every question, I sent him pics of my deck and he was able to advise what he thought best. It’s important to know that I called on a Friday afternoon, told him I wouldn’t be ready to actually do this until next Spring and yet he continued to indulge all questions via email until 950pm!!!!! I am without a doubt completely impressed by the professionalism and will absolutely be giving him my business.
