I highly recommend Bill Lindler. I live in TX but have a rental property near Sumter. We got a notice from insurance that we had to get a flood elevation certificate. Bill was recommended to me by several contacts in the area, and he lived up to all the good referrals. He was professional, thorough, clear, prompt, and a fair price. He followed up with me by email and sent three signed copies of the certificate, not just one - a very nice touch. I would definitely use him for any future surveying needs.
